My new cubicle is going well. I'm close to--but not right next to--the bathroom, which means I don't have to travel far to wash my hands. I'm also close to the kitchen-area, which means I don't have to travel far to heat my food.
My coworkers also invited me to their regular get-together for lunch. I was like "whut?" since this goes against the cliquey-crap found at American University. While I miss my former office-mates, these lunches draw coworkers from various units/departments/what-have-you. They're fun, so I'm all like loling.
I was also invited to a going-away-party for a coworker at Guapos in Bethesda that was teh funz.
So things are going well, I think. Unless I get fired for flossing my teeth in my cubicle.
Moving on.....
My lady friend and I are watching Ancient Aliens on the Netflix. We're watching the first episode right now. The ancients had nuclear and microwave power, flying machines and hotties-with-the-bodies! Ha, that last part was just made up.
