While
many of us are really not saddened and frankly don't care about the series finale of
Smallville, we do care about the channels and songs we listen to for hours on that beautiful music site we call Pandora. I feel as though I should probably explain why I'm even doing a blog post on Pandora -- you know since you are all thinking "why the hell do we care about the music you listen to?". I have two words for you - You should.

Anyways, two of my many stations on Pandora are Britney Spears and N'Sync (probably the hottest pop singer/music group of the 90s). Let me just say Pandora has been coming through in the clutch with throwback songs that have forced me to relive those beautiful days back in the sandbox obsessing over Lance Bass before I found out he was gay, and being obsessed with 98 Degrees' music video for "The Hardest Thing". Weird right? But when you think about it, these groups were
great back in the day. It is such a shame that all we have left is Britney, who is actually making a strong comeback. We also still have The Backstreet Boys
attempting to make a come back, but I'm not really feeling it. I do love their old music, and let me tell you Pandora has been on point about playing their old stuff.
Anyone remember the show/group S Club 7? Um yeah...their song was played at least twice while I played Bejeweled Blitz jamming to Pandora. And we can't even forget about Savage Garden! Oh my goodness! I'm getting wayy too excited.
Does anyone ever feel like Pandora also caters to whatever mood you're in? Maybe I'm just weird. For example, when the weather is rainy, I call it a Drake Day because Drizzy Drake is perfect to listen to on rainy days. Why? I have no idea, but I love listening to him when it's raining. So today the weather has been kind dark/cloudy/gloomy, so naturally a lot of the music that plays on my playlist are all of these slow throwback songs. It's great. I would be listening to my Drake station, but it hasn't started raining yet so I can't really enjoy it as much as I do without the rain. This song is my go-to Drake song on rainy days.
The song that
just came on for me is Drowning by The Backstreet Boys...a great depressing song to listen to on days like this. Call me crazy, but Pandora is on point today not only with the mood, but also the throwbacks. Respect.
I see what you did here.
